World of Warcraft Battlegrounds - Test Realm
Okay, I had 30 minutes to log in and take a look on the test server. It was predictable empty save for the battlegrounds area. That tunnel was quite full. When I tried to enter it gave me 4 options: First available, or instance 1, instance 2, or instance 3.
That did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The battlegrounds will be instanced. I knew that. I hope this is just a limit for testing, but only 3 instances that allow 40 players from each side? That will mean hours of waiting. They hinted that the 40 player instance takes several hours to complete. I love this game but I have no intention of sitting and waiting for 4 hours or more to play a 4 hour instance.
This is hopefully just a restriction for the test realm. Needless to say, I know nothing more than I did before I copied my character to the test realm.
