iTunes 5 is out
Well, it is out and I had to download it. I am not sure I like the new look but I rarely use it for anything other than loading my ipod so I am not too concerned.
Something that did concern me is that the podcasts I had were lost after the upgrade and I had to resubscribe. Then I had to resync my ipod because it said it was associated with another library.
The almost 2 hour update of my iPod was annoying, but survivable. I just have to wonder if the ability to have folders for my play lists will be worth the trouble.
Since you really don't have a choice if you want to keep up with the iTunes functionality you will probably upgrade like me, but don't get upset if you have to resync you entire collection.

Upgraded to 5.01 yesterday. It reset my podcasts for my iPod again. Didn't lose the subscriptions this time, but I am sitting at work with nothing but the 3100 songs I have on the pod.
I have to remember to check that after each upgrade now.
