Movie Review - Chronicles Of Riddick

I went into this movie with incredibly low expectations. The writer, Eleanor Ringel Gillespie of the Cox News Service, gave this movie and F. What an idiot. Perhaps you should read science fiction and know something about it before writing a review. This was no academy award winner, but then again I rarely see movies that win those self-serving awards.

This movie far exceeded my expectations. It was not perfect, I have some issues, but it was what it was. The character of Riddick was as promised. Vin Diesel gave a great performance. I will not reveal more, because it must be seen to enjoy.

Don't shy away from this one. I give it an 8 out of 10. Go see it on the big screen. I only hope it makes enough money to make the other two.
