Canceling Sirius - Decent Customer Service
Okay, so you can't cancel on the web, and you can't cancel after 10PM, but there were pleasant enough when I cancelled. They tried to get me to get new equipment but once I mentioned the lack of reception the woman seemed to know that she would just be canceling later if she sold me new equipment.
I detected in her voice that this was not the first account cancelled from Atlanta. The entire process took about 20 minutes on the phone. Too much for my taste, but better than some.
I hope they correct their problems in the metro area. I don't want XM to be a monopoly. They need to be challenged, this is how companies get better. Right now XM's only challenge is podcasting.
