Neverwinter Nights - Shadowguard Premium Module
I have given some hard reviews about the premium modules in the past, and I am still not thrilled about the on-line authentication required, but since I paid for this I decided to go ahead and run through it.
The story is not all that complicated, it is actually quite linear. You never leave the one city, but if you like role playing, and can get into a story then this will entertain you for a good 2 or more hours.
The story was immersive and did a good job of creating a new realm to adventure. There were some nice things that stood out:
1) needing to have rations in order to rest was a nice surprise.
2) The use of your spot skill for something useful was nice.
3) Having a way for a rogue to complete a quest without fighting was a nice change.
This module also comes with a cleaned up version of Witch's Wake. For $4.99 it is hard to go wrong with this module.
I give this module a 7 out of 10, and recommend buying it if you have bought any other premium modules and enjoyed them.
