Bose Quiet Comfort 2 Headphone - No admission of a problem
The fine gentleman who did not seem to care in the least about anything had zero reaction to the fact that the headphones caused headaches and nausea, but he did freak out saying that we had to pay for the iTunes certificate and pay sales tax on it. To quite him, "That was a gift from us to you."
I should have asked, was the nausea and headaches that troubled me for 2 days a gift as well.
Don't get me wrong. I have no problem paying for the iTunes songs. I would have bought them anyway. I use iTunes a lot. I am just shocked that the only thing that could generate the least bit of care was the iTunes certificate.
The headphones have zero warnings that headaches are a possible side effect. To be honest, if I had known that there was a chance I would not have bothered to try them at all.
I think that Bose is trying to cover up this little problem, but so is everyone else who makes a noise canceling headphone. Not sure I can blame them. Just be sure you try them before you obligate yourself. The fact that they have a 30 day money back guarantee is the only thing that is keeping me from being frothing mad.
Heck, I probably would have kept them if I could have used them without the noise canceling to just listen to audio. I could have only used the noise canceling when absolutely necessary.
In case I haven't already said it, I do not recommend this product.
